The Philippine Coffee Guild is a not-for-profit, membership-based
organization built on the foundation of inclusivity, respect, and trust.

The Philippine Coffee Guild (PCG) seeks to advance the Philippine coffee industry by engaging and partnering with coffee producers, processors, roasters, baristas, educators, café owners, and brewers. We value everyone equally so we can progress the industry together.

The composition of PCG’s BOD and Officers have a collective experience in the coffee industry of more than 25 years.

Our Story

The idea of PCG started in 2019 when a group of industry practitioners wanted to fill the void in progressive and respected leadership in the local coffee industry.

Most of the founding members and officers are trailblazers and champions themselves. With the support of partners and volunteers, PCG has now grown to a leading coffee organization in the country.

Our Vision

PCG envisions an inclusive, unified, and sustainable Philippine coffee quality, culture, and economy.

Our Mission

PCG aims to be a catalyst for mobilizing and building consensus among stakeholders in the value-chain and for advocating the growth and advancement of the Philippine coffee industry

Membership

The Philippine Coffee Guild is all about inclusivity. No matter how you identify in the industry—as a farmer, roaster, barista, coffee shop owner, or an all-around coffee enthusiast—you are welcome here! You can choose between our two membership packages.
